ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੪ ॥

Dhanaasaree, Fourth Mehl:

धनासरी महला ४ ॥

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਬੂੰਦ ਭਏ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਮ ਚਾਤ੍ਰਿਕ ਬਿਲਛ ਛਬਿਲੈ ॥

The Lord, Har, Har, is the drop of rain; I am the rainbird, blossoming in beauty.

हरि हरि बूंद भए हरि सुआमी हम चात्रिक बिलछ छबिलै ॥

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਧਾਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਾਤੇ ਹਮ ਨਾਮੇ ਸਰਨਿ ਪਰਿਲੈ ॥੧॥

O Lord God, Generous Giver, shower Your Mercy upon me; I have entered the Sanctuary of Your Name. ||1||

हरि हरि क्रिपा धारि प्रभ दाते हम नामे सरनि परिलै ॥१॥

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇ ॥

O my mind, meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

मेरे मन हरि हरि नामु धिआइ ॥

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਏ ਮਨ ਰੇ ਤੂ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

As Gurmukh, meditate on the Name, O my mind; night and day, sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||1||Pause||

गुरमुखि नामु धिआए मन रे तू अनदिनु हरि गुण गाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਦਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਾਇ ॥

The Lord God Himself is Merciful, the Generous Giver; as Gurmukh, He inspires us to chant His Name.

हरि हरि आपि क्रिपालु प्रभु दाता गुरमुखि नामु जपाइ ॥

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਰਣਾਗਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਰਾਖੈ ਲਾਜ ਪਤਿ ਰਾਇ ॥੨॥੪॥

Servant Nanak has entered His Sanctuary; God protects his honor and glorious reputation. ||2||4||

जन नानक सरणागती प्रभ राखै लाज पति राइ ॥२॥४॥
